Shevarim (pronounced sh-VAW-reem), is a tekiah broken into three one-second segments. The sound of the shevarim means “broken ones” or “breakings.” This hints to the breakthrough God has for us especially during the appointed fall season of Trumpets, Yom Kippur and Sukkot. It’s a reminder of ‘teshuvah,’ when we return to God and fulfill the potential we have in Him. It’s a time to examine ourselves in how we are treating our relationship with God and with others. The Lord wants to help us break free from negativity, selfishness and any hardness of ego and pride. When the shofar is sounded as a weapon of our warfare it will begin to scatter these and other enemies and begin to release a powerful spiritual breakthrough in our lives. TONIGHT is Rosh Hashanah, translated “the head of the year”, the Feast of Trumpets, and the beginning of the New Year 5783 on God’s calendar. My spirit is full of anticipation and I pray yours is as well as I send this to you!  It’s the time of the shofar blast reminding us of the beginning of God’s High Holy Days – the start of His fall feast season at sundown, awakening our souls prayerfully to deep spiritual reflection.

Friend, it is in this supernatural season— “God’s Holiest Season,” when your opportunity to come alongside Israel and the Jewish people in this New Year 5783 WILL BE MANIFESTED… and I am believing blessing and abundance will be poured out over your life... and in fact, I declare over you “L’Shanah Tovah U’metukah” in Hebrew… “May you have a good and sweet year”!
