Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart and renew in me
The word “Clean” in the Hebrew is the word “tabor” which means to be fair, bright, innocent, holy. When we speak of the clean heart in the scriptures the first thing that most of us would think about would be moral issues that speaks of the sins of the flesh being cleansed. However, the clean heart deals with something more than just the sins of the flesh, it goes to the roots of those sins and deals with the iniquities of those sins being cleansed creating in us a clean heart that overcomes relational sins of disloyalty in covenant relationships, like adultery, covetousness, hatred, envy, jealousy, murder, etc.
Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me.

One of the most overlooked purposes of Christs' first appearing, that most believers in the body of Christ aren't aware of is that one of the missions of His incarnation was to set His people free from religious bigotry, racism and religious tradition.
One of the earliest examples of racism in modern History (A.D.) actually began with religion. And one of the strongest statements for racial reconciliation was actually spoken by Jesus Christ Himself dealing with religious exploitation in God’s house of prayer in the New Testament in Mark 11:17.
