Welcome to Day 6 of PASSOVER 2021 Overcoming by the Blood of the Lamb
(DAY 6) Lead Us Not into temptation but Deliver US from Evil……from the When You Pray, Say book.....The anointing of healing and reconciliation in Prayer.
This morning as we enter into the stretch run of PASSOVER 2021 with Good Friday, I believe God has been impressing upon us this week to BEHOLD THE LAMB. This has many dimensions in the Spirit, but the one I think we should investigate today on this Good Friday, is the picture of Christ being led to the cross, refusing to defend himself, refusing to save himself, refusing to resist the probability that their accusations would lead him to His death on the cross.
He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He did not open His mouth; Like a lamb that is led to slaughter, And like a sheep that is silent before its shearers, So He did not open His mouth. Isaiah 53:7
This view of the lamb of God, right before the cross, in not resisting death, but embracing His purpose in death to save us, is a view we need, as we grapple with accusations, opposition, and persecution in the days to come, and as we look to overcome these attacks by the Blood of the Lamb, and the word of our Testimony....LOVING NOT OUR LIFE UNTO DEATH....
And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death.
Revelation 12:11
We like to confess the first and second parts of that verse, but we conveniently overlook the latter part...loving NOT our life unto death.
But we need to learn how to respond like the worthy Lamb, not defending ourselves, or trying to save ourselves, but Letting go of our reputation, our life, releasing and not holding onto our present lives, present positions, our present possessions, for what God has for us on the other side of our cross testings and experiences.
Learning how to let go, give, sow, not defend ourselves, save ourselves, are the lessons we learn while beholding the lamb.
Declarations and Decrees to overcome by the Blood of the Lamb
I decree and declate over your life that WHAT IS COMING IS FAR BETTER THAT WHAT IS GONE.
I decree and declare There's a supernatural orchestration of angelic assistance coming to your home
I decree and declare the TESTING WILL BRING YOU AN ABUNDANCE OF TESTIMONIES.
A Test turned to a Testimony
In 2003, when my wife and I were living in a two bedroom apartment with our first three children, Shekinah, Israeli, and Imanuel, it was the beginning of my understanding of how to not save myself, and let go of the past season and embrace the cross season to go into a New Season … I was laid off from my job and was forced by this and a few other circumstances, into a revelation of looking to God exclusively in prayer, and Saying what I was hearing while Praying, as opposed to what my circumstances were telling me in my cross season. I was forced through this circumstance to act on Jesus’ teaching on prayer to His disciples, in Luke 11:2
Once my income was no longer there as the source of my family’s livelihood, I was forced to go to God as a father, providing for His children, as opposed to depending on my Job or my ability to bring in a certain income per week/month. God says to every believer concerning His way of providing for His children, and our way of living dependent on Him…The Just shall live by faith. (Habakkuk. 2:4; Galatians 3:11; Romans 1:17; Hebrews. 10:38). We are to live by the word of God, or by what He tells us to do to receive from Him. Living by God’s word does require you to work a job, but not to the exclusion of living by the word of God.
Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread ALONE, but by every word of God.
We had settled into living by my job, or by my income ONLY, and had gotten off from looking daily to receive God’s word to live by
faith (or by a dependency on God’s Word). God will always shake everything that can be shaken in order to return us to a dependency on only the things that remain after the shaking. That which remains after the shaking is the Word of God…Heaven and
earth shall pass away, but my Word shall last forever.
During this time as I was laid off my job, I was stirred to lead my family back to family prayer, and daily confessions from Genesis 42:25, that we had gotten away from while I was working day and night providing for my family, while at the same time going to school. As we began confessing this word of wisdom, “My Money is Restored,” our faith was stirred to believe God and live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God (Luke 4:4). As we began confessing our confessions (listed in chapter 10 of this book) in agreement every day as a family, slowly but surely, we began to see God move on our behalf.
One day as we were praying and confessing these confessions, someone called me and told me that God had told them to give me their car…a 1998 Green four door Ford Taurus.
Another time we were confessing these confessions I was called from two ministries one in the Bahamas and the other in Antigua and was asked to come to speak at two separate conferences.
These speaking engagements gave me an honorarium of $5000.00 from one, and from the other speaking engagement in Antigua I received an honorarium in the sum of $3500.00. These amounts were enough to sow a spring Passover resurrection seed of a $1000.00 over and above our tithes of $850, and to pay my oldest daughters school tuition of $3000 for her first year in pre-school, and to pay our Van (car) payment, and to pay our rent up for 3 months.
We were inspired and excited about the power of the confessions of God’s word of wisdom, spoken in faith in time of financial scarcity. That spring gave us a focus and a return to dependency on God’s Word and revelation and helped us return to seeing and understanding the seasons and times and how God takes us through the various feasts seasons to take us to new levels in Him. After about three months and the depletion of our resources from the spring season, and the continued coming of the bills and everyday expenses of life, our faith began to once again be tested. The Deliverance Anointing for Overcoming the Spirit of Jezebel
(Friday Day 6) - Today Pray in tongues for at least 30 minutes and meditate on Gen. 3:1-6 Joel 2:32; Obadiah 1:17, 18; Luke 4:18, 19; Ephesians 6:10-22; Rev 2:18-22; I Cor. 10:13 I Cor. 15:1, along with this 6th phrase from the Disciples Prayer: Lead us not into Temptation but Deliver us From Evil.
TODAY’S MEDITATION: The next (6th) dimension to encountering God in prayer is the Kingdom realm of the deliverance dimension in prayer, accessing deliverance from one kingdom to another, for victory over the principalities of the kingdom of darkness. Jesus said WHEN YOU PRAY, SAY...LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION BUT DELIVER US FROM EVIL (ONE)...
Pray this at least once OUT LOUD: Heavenly Father, I ask you to forgive me of all sins I have committed against you and against those made in your image. Lord I ask that Your spirit surround myself and my family members and protect us according to your word in Psa. 34:7. I now declare Isaiah 54:17 “No weapon formed against me and my family members shall prosper in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha Mashiach. Amen.
NOW PRAY IN TONGUES UNTIL YOU’RE BUILT UP ON YOUR MOST HOLY FAITH IN THE WORD OF GOD YOU’VE BEEN MEDITATING ON TODAY. Jude1:20 But you, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.
PRAY THIS OUT LOUD: In the Name of Jesus Christ. I sever all demonic spirits from any demonic ruler above these demonic spirits. I revoke any orders given to any of these demonic spirits and demonic forces concerning me and my family. I bind all demonic entities under the one and highest authority I loose you, evil spirits, from us now. I loose you to where Jesus Christ sends you. Your assignments and influences in our lives are broken now! IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, AMEN!
