THE 12 MANDATES MISSION – 12 Keys to Opening the Gates of Heaven
Psalm 24:1 The Earth is the Lord’s and all it contains, The world and those who dwell in it…Who may ascend unto the hill of the Lord, and who may stand in His holy place…..Lift up your heads, O gates, And be lifted up, O ancient doors.
Isaiah 56:1-8 Thus says the LORD…. For My salvation is about to come, And My righteousness is to be revealed…Even those I will bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My house of Prayer.
THE MANDATE IN THE MOUNTAIN – Who May Ascend the Hill of the Lord.
In the month of November 2017 God spoke to our leadership team (YLC) and called us to a 21-day consecration in preparation for our trip to Jerusalem, Israel, to prepare our hearts to enter into the mountain of prayer, to encounter and receive from Christ a mandate in the mountain.
He spoke to us from Matthew 28:16-20, and gave us 8 steps to encountering Him in the mountain of prayer.
1) Go to a specific region and pray.
2) Behold him.
3) Worship Him.
4) Converse with Him.
5) Receive His authority.
6) Go into the nations.
7) Baptize and Teach disciples the commandments given in the mountain.
8) Partner with Him for the transition to the end of the age.
Mat 28:16 Then the eleven disciples (1) went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. 17 (2) And when they saw him, (3) they worshipped him: but some doubted. 18 And (4) Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All (5) power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 (6) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, (7) baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, (8) lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
While in Israel we stayed in the Galilee for 4 days, and in Jerusalem for 6 days, while going throughout the region, praying, and worshiping at the holy sites, and on the Mountain of Transfiguration, and finally upon Mount Zion, Jerusalem, the city of God.
During the 21day consecration before we left for Israel the Lord had spoken to us to meet each morning for morning devotions and to meditate on Isaiah 50 through Isaiah 62. We made it through Isaiah 50 through Isaiah 60 while in Israel and other chapters Isaiah 61, 62 upon our return.
From these chapters from Isaiah the prophet; 50-62, the Lord spoke to us and gave us 12 Mandates to take to the body of Christ in the nations, to Open the Gates, Open the Doors and Open the Heavens in preparation for the return of the Lord. These 12 Mandates given on Mount Zion were released for the purposes of bringing Heaven to Earth, releasing the King and His Kingdom in Earth as it is in Heaven.
The scriptural basis for this process of opening gates and doors in the realm of the spirit (the Heavenlies) is recorded in Psalm 24:1-10. There are 12 Keys or steps listed here to opening the gates and doors to the spirit realm.
The 12 Keys to Wisdom that will Open Gates and Doors in a Region for the King to Come in
These 12 steps are the process to entering into a place of authority and power to announce to the gates and doors to open for the King of kings to return to His holy city, Jerusalem, in the earth. These 12 steps listed in Psalm 24 are what release the commands or mandates that will open the gates, and doors to the heavens to release the king of glory.
Psa 24:1 A Psalm of David. (1) The earth is the LORD’S, and (2) the fulness thereof; (3) the world, and (4) they that dwell therein. 2 For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. 3 (5) Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or (6) who shall stand in his holy place? 4 (7) He that hath clean hands, and (8) a pure heart; (9) who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, (10) nor sworn deceitfully. 5 (11)He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and (12) righteousness from the God of his salvation. 6 This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah. 7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lifted up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. 8 Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. 9 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. 10 Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.
These 12 Keys for Opening the Gates of Heaven are as follows;
- Receive a revelation that the earth is the LORDS. v.1
- Receive a revelation that everything in it belongs to Him.v.1
- Receive a revelation that the world (system) belongs to Him,v.1
- Receive a revelation that all the people of the earth belongs to Him. v.1
- Ascend the Hill or Mount of the Lord, (which is Jerusalem, the holy city,) to seek Him. v.3
- Stand in His Holy Temple to worship Him. v.3
- Receive clean hands. v.4
- Receive a Pure heart. v.4
- Refuse to lift our souls to vanity (false gods). v.4
- Refuse to swear our allegiance to any other gods. v.4
- Receive the Blessing of the Lord. v.5
- Receive the righteousness from the God of our salvation. v.5
IT IS THIS GENERATION THAT RECEIVES THIS UNDERSTANDING THAT WILL BEGIN TO SEEK THE FACE OF THE LORD TO RECEIVE FROM HIM THE WISDOM TO OPEN THE GATES AND DOORS TO THE HEAVENS THAT WILL USHER THE KING OF GLORY BACK INTO THE EARTH.
In Jerusalem, after seeing the EASTERN GATE (pictured below), where Jesus Christ, Yeshua the Messiah will enter into Jerusalem after 2000 years, He said to me, begin connecting my bride to my HOLY CITY, Jerusalem, giving me an ISRAEL MANDATE to bring as many believers to Israel in preparation for His return. This mandate is a mission to bring our faith back to a man and a land. The man is Jesus, Yeshua Hamishaich, and the land is Israel. The man and the land will be beautiful and a praise in all the earth. (Isa. 62:1)
You can’t get a full revelation of the Man without the Land. Without the land that proves and testifies that He was there you have a myth. Without the land you fall into the trap of becoming a mystic. Without the land you have no power. The power of the Holy Spirit is tied to a man and the land.
Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
That land is Jerusalem, as well as the land to which you are from (the uttermost parts of the earth). It’s first JERUSALEM and then the land you are from. It’s first Jerusalem because that’s where he’s coming back to. And then where you’re from because that’s where you’re coming back to. God marries us to a land as a part of our identity.
The Israel Mandate is a mandate to bring people to the Land, to encounter a Man in preparation for His return. He said to me, just as you prepared 6 months during the House of Prayer Internship for this trip to Israel to encounter me, that’s how near my return is. And I want you to spend that next 6 mos, 6 years or 60 years preparing my bride for my return, by bringing my people to the Land to encounter the Man, Yeshua the Messiah. THIS IS THE ISRAEL MANDATE.
LIFT UP YOUR HEADS O YE GATES BE YE LIFT UP YE EVERLASTING DOORS
HE then said I’m going to give you messages to declare to begin commanding the gates and doors to open up for my return to Jerusalem and to the cities of the earth. He said, during this time as I raise up watchmen and set them on the wall to intercede in this manner, Jerusalem will once again become a praise in all the earth.
Two weeks later after we returned from Jerusalem, praying for the gates and doors in Jerusalem to be opened, our President recognized JERUSALEM TO BE THE CAPITAL OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL, and committed to move the embassy of the U.S. to Jerusalem. This would make us the first nation to have their embassy in Jerusalem in 70 years of the modern state of Israel.
I believe the decade of the “2020's are going to be Years of Open GATES, Open DOORS, and Open HEAVENS.”
I believe God released wisdom from the face of the Lord to open the gates and doors into the heavens, as we encountered Him in His holy mountain and as we worshiped Him and spoke to Him face to face. I believe these 12 Mandates that God released to us in Israel, from the book of the Prophet Isaiah, are the wisdom of God to cause the gates and doors of heaven to open to release the King of glory back to Jerusalem, and to the cities of the earth.
These mandates are messages, that if spoken in the earth, both to the earth, to everything that’s in the earth, to the world system, and to all the people that presently operate that system and dwell in the earth, (Psa. 24:1) whatever we’re doing for the glory of God and in the name of the Lord, will begin to flourish, prosper and increase in the earth. In addition, and most importantly, the gates of heaven will be opened, the doors to heaven will be opened and heaven itself will open up and release the King of kings and the Lord of Lords back into the earth to rule and reign in the earth from Jerusalem.
THESE 12 MANDATES (MESSAGES) GIVEN IN THE MOUNTAIN OF THE LORD ARE AS FOLLOWS;
- The ministry of discipleship in the spirit of Elijah. Isa 50:4,5 – THE DISCIPLESHIP MANDATE
- The release of the revelation of Righteousness – Isa 51:1-8; 52,54,56 THE RIGHTEOUSNESS MANDATE
- The release of the revelation of love/reconciliation – Isa. 52:7;2 Cor 5:14-21 THE RECONCILIATION MANDATE
- The Ministry of Enjoyable prayer – Isa 56:7; 55:12 – THE ENJOYABLE PRAYER MANDATE
- The Preparation and Preaching of the Coming of the Lord – Isa. 56:1-3; 52 THE SECOND COMING MANDATE
- The Ministry of Deliverance and Holiness – Isa. 58:5; Obadiah 1:18 DELIVERANCE & HOLINESS MANDATE
- The Ministry of Encounter prayer. Isa.56:7-9 – THE ENCOUNTER PRAYER MANDATE
- The release of the Elijah Anointing – Isa. 50:11; 2 Ki 1,2,3 – THE ELIJAH MANDATE
- The preserving of biblical justice Isa. 56:1,2 – THE BIBLICAL JUSTICE MANDATE
- The releasing of true worship. Isa. 56:7-10 – THE WORSHIP OF THE LORD MANDATE
- The revelation of the Hebrew Sabbath (Shabbat) – Isa. 56:3-8; Isa.58:13 – THE REST OF THE LORD MANDATE (Jewish Shabbat)
- The Ministry of the salvation of all of Israel. Isa. 53:1-13; Isa 59:1 THE ISRAEL MANDATE
In the days to come I will break down each of these 12 Mandates that God gave me in Mount Zion, to specifically detail what these messages are, as well as the wisdom from each that will prepare the earth for the return of the Lord, as we command the gates to open, calling Him back to the earth, saying “Thy Kingdom COME! THY WILL BE DONE in Earth as it is in HEAVEN!.
