Welcome to Day 3 of the Heart after God Solemn Assembly of Prayer - A week of prayer, fasting and seeking after the Heart of God. Isaiah 55:3-7; Acts 13:22
(DAY 3) Thy Kingdom Come Thy Will Be Done……from the When You Pray, Say book.....The Holy Ghost Anointing
Pray for 30 minutes through the 3rd phrase from the disciple’s prayer; Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done
(DAY 3) The NEW Heart is for Covenant Relationships....from the 12 Dimensions of the Heart of God book...
Fast until 6pm and Pray in tongues for 30 minutes and Meditate on Jeremiah 31:27-38; and the 12 Dimensions of the Heart of God.
The New Heart is for covenant relationships.
The new heart is a heart of covenant. The new heart enables man to obtain unto the Covenant of God. The new heart causes man to possess all the promises of the covenant. The new heart causes man to be able to keep the covenant. The new heart causes man to be able to operate and function in earth as God operates and functions in heaven. And all this causes man to inherit all things that God has made for him, the earth and all that is therein.
As stated in an earlier chapter, the New Covenant is for the purposes of releasing the promises of God’s Will and Testament of the earth and all of its’ blessings to man. This is because of and through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
In the New Covenant the stipulations of the possessing of the promises of his will have now been fulfilled through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. As man attains unto right relationship with God and man in the earth through Jesus Christ, man thusly fulfills its’ end of the covenant stipulations of the will.
As stated earlier, God having created everything for man, He desired to and actually did give him all things in the beginning. But because man fell out of right relationship with God through sin man lost rights to and possession of God’s creation.
The Old Testament is the story of God looking for someone to cut covenant with so that he might once again return to man his inheritance. But man, not having the Heart of God was unable to remain in Covenant with God, being unable to fulfill his end of the covenant stipulations. This is what made Jesus Christ and the New Covenant necessary. It is the Heart of God that enables man to fulfill the stipulations of the Will of God.
Therefore, man was going to need a new heart before he could possess all that God had for him. Before God talks about giving man a new heart however, he talks in Jeremiah 31:31 about giving man a new covenant.
Jeremiah 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they broke, although I was a husband unto them, says the Lord. But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel. After those days, says the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they will be my people.

The Holy Ghost Anointing in Prayer
Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
TODAY’S MEDITATION: The third dimension to entering into encounter prayer is the Holy Ghost’s dimension in prayer, accessing the Kingdom realm, to bring heaven to earth. Jesus said, “When you pray, say” …Thy kingdom Come, thy will be done… This level of prayer deals with the aspect of kingdom access into the realm of the Holy Spirit’s dimension in prayer, to bring what has been seen in heaven, to the earth.
TODAY’S INDIVDUAL PRAYER DECLARATION I declare today that Your kingdom comes, and Your will is done in my life today as it is in You. I declare today that Your kingdom is righteousness peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. I declare that Your kingdom is within me, and that I walk in a righteousness consciousness and not a sin consciousness. I walk in a peace consciousness and not a worry, fear or anxiety consciousness. I walk in a joy consciousness and not a persecution or martyr consciousness. Today I am a witness of Your kingdom in the earth, until it comes in fullness. I seek first the kingdom of God and all of Your righteousness, and all things needed for life and godliness are added to me. Today I am in the kingdom by the power of the Holy Ghost, and my gifts, my fruit and my faith are all given to me to live out kingdom realities in the midst of a counterculture kingdom in this world. Make me a person after Your own heart that I may do all of your will for my generation, in Jesus name.
