Injustice anywhere is a threat to Justice everywhere –

1. THERE COMES A TIME

You know my friends, there comes a time when people get tired of being trampled by the iron feet of oppression.

There comes a time my friends, when people get tired of being plunged across the abyss of humiliation, where they experience the bleakness of nagging despair.

There comes a time when people get tired of being pushed out of the glittering sunlight of life's July and left standing amid the piercing chill of an alpine November. There comes a time.

2. WE THE DISINHERITED OF THIS LAND

•We, the disinherited of this land.

•We who have been oppressed so long, are tired of going through the long night of captivity.

•And now we are reaching out for the daybreak of freedom and justice and equality.

3. I WANT IT TO BE KNOWN THROUGHOUT THIS NATION....THAT WE ARE CHRISTIAN PEOPLE

I want it to be known throughout this nation, in Minnesota, Louisville, in Georgia, in Ferguson, in Baltimore, in Baton Rouge, and throughout the world, that we are Christian people.

We believe in the Christian religion.

We believe in the teachings of Jesus.

The only weapon that we have in our hands this evening is the weapon of protest.  That's all.

4. WE'RE NOT WRONG
We are not wrong, we are not wrong in what we are doing.

If we are wrong, the Supreme Court of this nation is wrong.

If we are wrong, the Constitution of the United States is wrong.

And if we are wrong, God Almighty is wrong. If we are wrong, Jesus of Nazareth was merely a utopian dreamer that never came down to Earth. If we are wrong,

justice is a lie, love has no meaning.

5. WHATEVER WE DO, WE MUST KEEP GOD IN THE FOREFRONT
Whatever we do, we must keep God in the forefront. Let us be Christian in all of our actions. But I want to tell you this evening that it is not enough for us to talk about love, love is one of the pivotal points of the Christian faith.

6. THERE'S ANOTHER SIDE TO LOVE JUSTICE

There is another side of love called justice. And justice is really love in calculation.

Justice is love correcting that which revolts
against love.

True peace is not merely the absence of

tension: it is the presence of justice.

7. IF YOU HAVE WEAPONS

If you have weapons, take them home; if you do not have them, please do not seek to get them.

We cannot solve this problem through retaliatory violence.

We must meet violence with nonviolence. Remember the words of Jesus:

"He who lives by the sword will perish by the sword."

8. WE MUST LOVE OUR WHITE BROTHERS
We must love our white brothers, no matter what they do to us. We must make them know that we love them.

Jesus still cries out in words that echo across the centuries: "Love your enemies; bless them that curse you; pray for them that despitefully use you."

This is what we must live by.

We must meet hate with love.

9.THERE ARE 3 THINGS WE NEED AS BLACK MEN

There are 3 things we need as Black Men to rebound our people from 400 years of the oppression of slavery, over 100 years the stifling debilitation of Jim Crow, and the Mass incarceration of the NEW Jim Crow

WE NEED JESUS, WE NEED HEALTH, AND WE NEED WEALTH.

A. WE NEED JESUS
We didn't receive Jesus from our Slave Masters in Slavery. We didn't get Jesus from America. CHRIST BEGAN IN AFRICA.

Africa was a part of the birthing & raising of Jesus.

He was born in Bethlehem and taken to Africa at 2 years old, and raised there til Herod died.

So Africa was Originally a continent of Refuge for Christ.

Furthermore, After the HOLYGHOST fell on the day of Pentecost. The Ethiopian Eunuch was one of the First Converts to the Messiah of Christ.

And from there to now Ethiopia is one of the few African nations that has always been a Christian nation.

B...WE NEED HEALTH CARE...
And not just what the Government can give. But we need to take better care of ourselves.....WE NEED A AFRICAN AMERICAN WELLNESS WALK IN EVERY CITY IN OUR NATION.....

GET CHECK UPS, SCREENINGS. EAT BETTER.

C....WE NEED WEALTHFARE, NOT WELFARE.

We need reparations AMERICA....

REPARATIONS ARE A BIBLICAL CONCEPT FOR SLAVES THAT ARE RELEASED.

When the Children of Israel came out of Egypt, they received these three things.
1. THE BLOOD - The blood (Jesus) was applied.
2. WEALTH - The wealth of the Egyptians
3. HEALTH - Not a feeble one was among them.

WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR REPARATIONS AMERICA....

BUT TO RECEIVE REPARATIONS WE MUST RETURN TO GOD....Before they came out with Wealth & Health, the Blood (Jesus) was applied.
